HKC Radio changes Ventrilo server port, adds capacity for 17 more users

With many thanks to Hayden Smith, HKC Radio’s Ventrilo server is in a new home in Dallas. The server can now support 25 users, which is quite an improvement. The DNS is propagating the change of IP for Ventrilo.hkcradio.com, however we unfortunately cannot get the port to also be the same. The new port number is 4268. See you on the server!
