AUDIO QUALITY CHANGE?Submitted by JayBaddd on May 10, 2006 - 10:56pm.
Hi all! If you heard Show #34 of 7200 Seconds, you heard Nick and I bounce around an interesting idea. Maybe HKC Radio should consider streaming in AAC Plus, a new way to stream audio which has incredibly good quality at lower bitrates. But I want to see what others think. So post your response and let Nick, Bob, Amanda and the rest of us here at HKC Radio what you think. And if enough of you want it to happen, we can start running AAC Plus tests and find out if it can become a reality sooner than later. Thanks in advance! Jay ( categories: )

AUDIO QUALITY CHANGE FOLLOW-UP
Well, so far there have been no posts for feeback about a possible audio quality change to AAC Plus. But I wanted you all to be aware there is absolutely no definite plan of any audio changes. Just wanted to get some feeback as to what HKC Radio listeners think if we should consider that possibility.
For those who are interested, Windows Media Player can now play AAC Plus streams. For more info, check out the page on Orban's website:

Thanks again!
